Our Board.

Our Board is rooted in family and strengthened by community. Made up of  dedicated moms, committed siblings, and passionate volunteer community members, our team brings both lived experience and heartfelt advocacy to everything we do.

With years of experience supporting and advocating for women with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and their families, we believe in meeting each individual exactly where they are — honoring their unique journey, gifts, and God-given purpose.

Guided by our Christian faith, we serve with compassion, dignity, and love, reflecting the truth of Psalm 139:14 — that every person is “fearfully and wonderfully made.” Our mission is simple: walk alongside families, uplift women with IDD, and build a community where everyone belongs.

Together, we lead with faith. We serve with love. And we advocate with purpose.
